You call to get your leather chair repaired and here are the results; you phone the person and tell him what you need, he asks you when would it be convenient for him to come to your house and assess the job, does not state he can be there between 10 and 3 but sets an appointment at a specific date and time of your choosing. He arrives on time, gives an estimate and take the time to discuss in depth what needs to be done and leaves. You call him back and tell him he has the job. He again asks when it is convenient for him to come and pick up the leather cusion and fix the chair back. He arrives on time and spends 2 hours fixing the chair back, a bigger job han he thought, and takes the cushion. No additional charge. He then delivers the completed item on time! He did all this at a very competitive price and did an exceptional job. Sound like fiction and in most cases it would be, but not in this intsance. My daughter-in-law gave me this old faded Pottery Barn chair and ottoman that was so comfy, I had to keep it. I searched for 3 days trying to find the best person to restore it.
